ZAGREB - 26. August 2006 - In preparations for film "The Hunting Party" (originally titled Spring Break in Bosnia), which will be filmed in Sarajevo, Bosnia, as well as in Zagreb, Hollywood actor Richard Gere has rented a villa in Zagreb's suburb Remete. His only two requests were that the villa has a piano and a garden.
The film is based on an Esquire article, Spring Break in Bosnia, by Scott Anderson. The film stars Richard Gere, Terrence Howard, James Brolin, Diane Kruger and other Bosnian, Croatian and Serbian actors. Radovan Karadzic look alike is played by a well known Croatian actor, Ljubomir Kerekes.

The villa in Zagreb was found for Richard by the local agency Top Shop, who emailed him details of several properties. He settled down for a 350 square metres house, with a large garden and backyard, that will provide him with peaceful surroundings.
Richard Gere is due to arrive to Zagreb on the 3rd September, where he will stay for the duration of filming the movie, which is expected to be for 2 months.
After spending a few days in Zagreb initially, he will be going to Sarajevo in Bosnia, where most of the filming will be done. After that he's coming back to Zagreb, where he will be joined by his wife and actress Carey Lowell and his 6 year old son.
