Ryanair Pula-London flights

Ryanair commences new flights from London to Pula

On Tuesday, 31st October 2006, Ryanair is to start flying from London to the Croatian town of Pula. The town is located near the tip of Istria Peninsula (locally known as Istra), on the northwest of Croatian coastline. The flights will originate from London’s Stansted airport.

The Stansted flights will be 3 times per week – on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Ryanair will use brand new Boeing 737-800 aircraft, which can accommodate up to 180 passengers.

Pula Airport – www.airport-pula.com/en/home/ - is situated only 5 miles (6km) east of the town of Pula. This 3,000-years old town is within relatively close proximity of some of the best known holiday destinations in Istria, such as Porec, Umag, Rovinj, Novigrad, and many others. Pula is well known for its many cultural and historical monuments, one of best known being its old Roman amphitheater.
