Split promenade photos

The promenade is the centre of happenings in Split. Lined on one side with large palms and street cafes on the other, it's the most popular spot with visitors and the locals alike. Of course the focal point on the promenade is centuries old Diocletian palace. Small tourist shops, street cafes and alfresco dining restaurants, all together provide a true Mediterranean atmosphere throughout the busy tourist season in Split.
